Opening The Door To Writing For Pleasure

The increased sense of enjoyment, motivation and self-efficacy we saw in our children was matched by some really impressive writing. Reflecting back on the experience, it is more clear to me than ever that, if our writing pedagogy supports children’s affective needs, the quality of pupil writing will be boosted.
